Lauren’s background is in both marketing and human resources, with experience in a number of industries including healthcare, consumer electronics and blue chip consultancy. The common component in all of these roles stems from a degree in Applied Psychology – an interest in what makes people tick, spotting critical insights and creating compelling solutions.
With 10 years of international marketing experience and a CIPD qualified human resources professional, Lauren loves delivering on projects of all shapes and sizes. Since starting a family, Lauren has built a portfolio career including roles as a Trustee of a charity, as a school Governor and as a freelance marketer to better fit in with family life and joined the RAW team on a permanent basis in 2023.
