We have been working with the charity since 2007, when we worked with them to establish a clear strategic direction, helping them effectively communicate how they make a positive difference by developing three key areas: PREVENTION, SUPPORT and REHABILITATION. Following this we re-branded the charity and project managed a completely new website. Alongside the website we developed the concept for an online Learning Zone to assist with their PREVENTION campaign. Working alongside the dedicated trustees of the charity and the administration department we worked with limited resources and budget available.
The charity turned to us again in 2016 and in 2023 to project manage a new website. Retaining the original branding and concept from the first build, the new site needed to be mobile and tablet responsive and support a fresher feel for the charity’s online brand. We will also be working with the charity on their content and social marketing, helping them communicate with early years and schools to prevent burns and scalds happening to children, and driving communication with their stakeholders to assist with fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
“Kate and Laura led the digital transformation project in such an efficient and effortless way, ensuring that the trustees and team at Children’s Burn Trust were kept up to date at key points of the project and were involved with critiquing the new website and its content along the way. They went above and beyond to keep the project on track often attending meetings in their own time to ensure that we could launch the new website as planned. It is a testament to their dedication, knowledge and work ethic that we now have a modern, bright and informative website that we are proud of.” Marina Lobanov-Rostovsky, Chair of Trustees and Jo Myers, Operations Manager at Children’s Burns Trust.
