Collier Webb are designers and makers of luxury lighting, furniture and hardware for the world’s most beautiful interior spaces. In 2018 the family business, which has been in operation for more than 40 years, embarked on an ambitious relaunch to reflect its leading position in the luxury design space.
The Collier Webb management team came to Raw Marketing initially for assistance with its marketing strategy and planning. An in-depth strategy project began which included market research, brand re-positioning, key messaging development and brand tone of voice.
Once the foundations were in place, a strategic marketing plan was developed which was designed to maximise the impact of the new-look brand and support the reopening of its showroom in London’s premier design district, Pimlico Road.
A key aspect of the new marketing plan was the re-launch of the Collier Webb website, and an overhaul of its digital footprint. We supported the in-house team with the design of the site, and worked alongside the developer to ensure best-practice. We partnered with Brighton SEO agency BambooNine to ensure the site not only appeals to Collier Webb’s existing client base, but reaches a new audience worldwide.
Alongside this we supported a vital recruitment exercise, which saw the team hire its first dedicated Marketing Executive. We assisted with the design of the role, candidate specification, advertisement and led the interview process.
